The Keshim Faizabad Road, and the construction jobs it provides to many residents of the area, is a main contributor to the local economic boost. New houses are being built or renovated in surrounding villages, large buildings are under construction in Keshim and Faizabad, and new businesses are being started while older ones are getting spruced up.
